ATOL Protection – For Your Complete Peace of Mind
When you book a flight-inclusive package holiday with us, your booking is protected under the ATOL number of the Flight Consolidator it is purchased from.
What does ATOL cover?
ATOL protection ensures you won’t lose money or be stranded abroad if the tour operator or airline goes out of business.
- If you’re in the UK when a travel provider fails, ATOL ensures you get a refund.
- If you’re already abroad, ATOL ensures you’re brought home safely without additional cost.
You’ll receive an ATOL Certificate as soon as you book an ATOL-protected trip — please check it carefully and keep it safe.

Trust Account & TTA Protection
As a TTA member, all customer payments are placed into a designated Trust Account managed independently. This ensures:
- Your money is only released to suppliers when it’s safe to do so.
- Your funds are 100% secure, even in the unlikely event that we or a supplier cease trading.
- If for any reason your funds are not in the Trust due to fraud or dishonesty, a TTA financial guarantee steps in to reimburse your loss.
